3. Sleep
You must make sleep a priority if you want to gain any muscle. If you are not getting enough sleep, you are not giving your body the time it needs and requires to rebuild itself. In other words, you’ll see minimal results if any at all. Your goal should be to sleep at least 7-8 hours every night and keep the schedule as consistent as possible.
