Your workout routine is the second most important factor to consider when getting into shape. Your workout should align with your fitness goals. For example, if you are looking to build great size and muscle, you should probably structure your workout around compound movements like bench press, shoulder press, squats, and deadlifts. If you are looking to slim down a little, structure your workout around high-intensity interval exercises like jump rope, sprints, burpees, and mountain climbers.
